Key Account Manager – Modern Trade
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in key account management, distributor management and traditional trade.
  • Good in interpersonal with strong communication and influential skills.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload in line with business needs.
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Good understanding of financial knowledge (P & L, Budgeting)
Job Specification:

  • Drive category growth by applying the approach of key account management & category management,
  • Deal with buyer-center about investment of trade term and promotional budget (negotiation for medium-term & long-term),
  • Manage the development of customer business strategy to be in-line with the company’s objective and channel strategy such as the category strategy and customer plan,
  • Achieve the sales objective of assigned customers in terms of total value as well as developing sales fundamental, i.e., distribution, merchandising, promotion, trade activity, business review, etc., through business planning,
  • Liaise with Marketing Team and Business Development Team to develop the channel strategy for Modern Trade Channel (to be in-line with company’s direction & strategy),
  • Manage and control A&P and Trade Spending efficiently,
  • Develop good relationship with assigned key accounts to maintain the sound business relationship via regular meeting with key customer, e.g., business plan, business review etc.,
  • Manage internal control processes, e.g., sales forecast, promotion proposal & evaluation, accounting settlement, premium allocation, etc., ensuring the effective implementation of all processes and activities.

Group Key Account Manager – Modern Trade
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field
  • At least 7 years’ work experience in key account management, distributor management and traditional trade and solid experience to manage sales team
  • Proven track record of success in sales environment, strong planning and organizational skills
  • Result oriented, self-driven, and clear focus on high quality and business with strong negotiation
  • Strong financial aptitude: possesses strong business acumen and numbers-driven
  • Detail-oriented: holds others accountable for commitments
  • Strong leadership skill and consumer background, especially in Modern Trade is a must
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken
Job Specification:

  • Responsible for managing all modern trade customers in terms of developing and implementing sales, merchandising and promotion.
  • Developing excellent long-term partnerships and relationships with all key account customers to maximize business growth potential and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop sales strategies and annual business sales plan aligned with the company and marketing objectives.
  • Manage strategy to balance gross to net and pricing of group key accounts.
  • Analyze sales statistic, promotion and trade performance for efficiently control trade promotion budget.
  • Manage and develop commitment and performance of sales team
  • Prepare quarterly business review as well as conduct marketing campaign evaluation, review business plan, year-to-date sales and business problems with assigned key accounts.
  • Analyze market information and competitive activities. Identify new business opportunities and make recommendation to gain new business.
  • Maintain good relationship with customers. Make field visit to coach sales team and solve business problems.
  • Monitor category and product performance versus targets by key account channel, evaluate the impact of strategic and tactical initiatives, and take corrective action, as needed, to insure achievement of business goals
